Gender Balance is an equitable distribution of life's opportunities and resources between women and men.
OUR DEFINITION OF GENDER MAINSTREAMING:
is a process through which gender perspectives and needs are given attention across policy development, legislative change, planning, and programming, to ensure gender-responsive resource allocation, and ultimately, a more gender balanced society.
