UAE Gender Balance Index
HONOURING FEDERAL LEADERS IN ACHIEVING GENDER BALANCE
Launched in 2016, the UAE Gender Balance Index is one of the country’s official national indices for tracking progress. The initiative measures the performance of federal entities in advancing gender balance and recognises annual achievements through the following award categories:

Best Federal Entity for Supporting Gender Balance
Best Initiative for Supporting Gender Balance
By celebrating progress and leadership, the Index encourages institutions to drive ongoing improvements in policy, representation, and workplace practices across the government.

By celebrating outstanding achievements, the Index encourages every entity to build on progress and deepen their commitment to gender balance.
